As an aspiring destination engagement photographer, I’ve tried exploring incredible locations for photo sessions for my gems. Sometimes the locations are the standout of a session, and sometimes couples easily steal the spotlight. But now and then, a location and a couple fit together so flawlessly that it feels like magic! And after just a glance at Eliza and Harlan’s photos, you’ll undoubtedly agree that their destination engagement session at the Superstition Mountains was one of those breathtaking treats!

When Eliza and Harlan first reached out about having their engagement session at the Superstition Mountains, I could not be more excited. It was, without a doubt, meant to be! But what is most incredible about this pair is unquestionably the love they have for each other. Each time I asked them to get close or look at each other, it ended up in a smooch, and the romance was off the charts! These two are so in love, and I can’t wait until the day their love story becomes a Happily Ever After.

Eliza and Harlan told me before our session that they were really looking forward to seeing the Superstition Mountains in their photos, and, thanks to our spectacular location, it wasn’t challenging to deliver! Of course, the bugs all around gave the whole session a swapping around feel (lol), but the sunny yet cool weather made it for a perfect day. But let’s be honest. How could the images be anything less than stunning with a pair like this one in front of the lens! The bugs were worth it if you ask me.

Finding the perfect spot to take engagement photos isn’t always easy, but you better believe I’ll be returning to the Superstition Mountains again! Congratulations, Eliza and Harlan, on your engagement, and I cannot wait to witness and capture you forever after!
