Where will my session take place?

Sessions take place in our Tucson studio or somewhere in the NW Tucson and Oro Valley area that feels like you.

For brand clients, your place of business can make for the most authentic backdrop of all. We will talk through all of this together on our discovery call and find the perfect fit. 

How will i know what to wear?

Once you are booked, you will receive a style questionnaire that goes straight to Natalia, our in-house stylist. From there she builds a personalized wardrobe plan for everyone in your family, complete with shoppable outfit links tailored to your style and your session. You just show up. We handle the rest.

For brand clients, styling is available as an add-on and we highly recommend it.

How many digital photos are included?

Digitals are not included in the creative fee but are part of every art collection you choose at your heirloom appointment. Every piece of wall art, album, or matted print comes with its corresponding digital so you can share and enjoy your photos beyond your walls.

For brand clients, digitals are included in your collection with a minimum of 40 images depending on the package you choose.

Can you just send me a full gallery of images?

I used to do exactly that, and I had clients coming back years later asking for the link because those photos never made it off a hard drive. That is why every Gem now goes through the full heirloom experience so your photos actually end up on your walls, not forgotten in a folder. That said, if digitals only is what you are looking for, they are available and we can talk through it on our discovery call.

How far in advance should i book?

I recommend booking at least two months ahead for both portrait and brand sessions. This gives us enough time to plan your session, get your wardrobe sorted with Natalia, and make sure we have the perfect date locked in.

I take on a limited number of Gems each season so spots go fast. If you have a date or season in mind, the sooner the better!

What happens if it rains or we need to reschedule?

Life happens and I totally get it. If the weather is not cooperating, a kid wakes up sick, or it is just too windy for an outdoor session, we can reschedule as long as it happens within three months of your original date.

And if you are open to it, our studio is always a beautiful backup option so we never have to cancel altogether.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! The creative fee is due upfront to secure your date.

For portrait clients, your art collections can be paid through Affirm or Klarna at your heirloom appointment so you can bring your vision to life without paying everything at once.

For brand clients, the remaining balance is due before your session and can also be split through Affirm or Klarna.

How is a brand session different from a headshot?

A headshot is exactly what it sounds like. A clean, professional photo from the waist up. Great for LinkedIn and a quick bio. A brand session is a whole different experience. It tells the story of who you are, what you do, and why people should trust you with their business. We capture you in your element, in your space, doing what you do, so that every image on your website and social media feels cohesive, intentional, and completely you.

Can I use my images on social media & my website?

It all starts with filling out our inquiry form. From there you will receive our Experience Guide which walks you through everything you need to know.

For brand clients, after your inquiry and discovery call we move into booking knowing exactly which collection suits your needs best.
